Getting Started

How do I book a car?

Browse our fleet, pick the vehicle that suits your trip, and submit a rental request with your dates, pickup location, and contact info. We'll confirm your booking by email and phone, usually within a few hours.

Do I need to create an account?

No. We keep it simple — just fill out the request form with your name, email, and phone number. No account creation required.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak Orlando seasons (holidays, summer, spring break). That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when vehicles are available.

Requirements

What do I need to rent a car?

You'll need a valid driver's license (US or international), a major credit or debit card for the security deposit, and a valid phone number and email address.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Please contact us to confirm before booking.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, additional drivers are allowed. All drivers must be present at pickup with their valid driver's license.

Pickup & Drop-off

Where do you pick me up?

We offer pickup at Orlando International (MCO), Sanford International (SFB), Daytona Beach International (DAB), and Miami International (MIA). We'll coordinate your exact meeting point when your booking is confirmed.

Can I be picked up somewhere other than an airport?

In many cases, yes. Contact us with your location and we'll let you know if it's feasible.

What happens at drop-off?

Return the vehicle to the agreed location at the agreed time. The car should be in the same condition as when you received it. We'll process your security deposit return after the vehicle is inspected.

Insurance & Liability

Does the rental include insurance?

Your rental does not automatically include insurance. You may be covered by your personal auto insurance policy or through the credit card you use to pay. We strongly recommend confirming your coverage before your trip. We can discuss additional options when confirming your booking.

What happens if I get in an accident?

Contact us immediately. Do not move the vehicle unless it is blocking traffic and it is safe to do so. File a police report if required. We'll guide you through the next steps.

What if the car breaks down?

We provide a direct support line for all active rentals. Call us and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

Pricing & Payments

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The rate shown is the rate you pay. There are no per-mile charges for standard Florida driving, no mandatory insurance packages, and no unexpected surcharges.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable deposit is required at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle and rental length. It is returned in full at drop-off once the vehicle passes inspection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. Payment details are confirmed when your booking is approved.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation policies depend on how far in advance you cancel — we'll work with you fairly.

Can I extend my rental?

Extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date.
