No. We keep it simple — just fill out the request form with your name, email, and phone number. No account creation required.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak Orlando seasons (holidays, summer, spring break). That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when vehicles are available.
You'll need a valid driver's license (US or international), a major credit or debit card for the security deposit, and a valid phone number and email address.
Yes. All drivers must be at least 21 years old. No age-based surcharges — the rate you see is the rate you pay.
Yes, you can add up to one additional driver at no extra cost. Additional drivers must submit a photo of their valid driver's license via our follow-up page before vehicle delivery. Any driver not listed in the rental agreement is prohibited from operating the vehicle.
We service Orlando International (MCO), Sanford International (SFB), and Daytona Beach International (DAB). Your vehicle is pre-positioned in the airport parking lot before you land. Your lockbox code is released after ID verification and digital agreement signing are complete.

Return the vehicle to the agreed airport parking location at the agreed time. The vehicle should be in the same condition as when you received it. Staff will conduct a return inspection and photograph the condition. Any toll charges, fuel differences, or damage will be assessed and billed on your final invoice.
Yes — comprehensive protection is included with every rental at no additional cost. You are welcome to use your personal auto insurance if you prefer, but it is not required. We'll confirm the details when your booking is approved.

No. The rate shown is the rate you pay. There are no per-mile charges for standard Florida driving and no mandatory insurance packages. A Florida state rental surcharge ($2/day per Fla. Stat. § 212.0606) applies to all Florida rentals and is disclosed at booking.
A 30% deposit hold is authorized at booking. The full rental amount is charged when your booking is confirmed. The deposit (30%) is forfeited on no-show or sub-24h cancellation; otherwise it's part of the total rental cost.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure online checkout. Other payment methods (Zelle, bank transfer, cash) are available by prior admin arrangement only.
Yes. 72+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: 30% refund (70% retained). If we cancel for any reason, you receive a 100% refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
