Is there a security deposit?
A 30% deposit hold is authorized at booking. The full rental amount is charged when your booking is confirmed. The deposit (30%) is forfeited on no-show or sub-24h cancellation; otherwise it's part of your total rental cost.
What does the daily rate include?
The daily rate includes the vehicle, a minimum 3/4 tank of fuel at pickup, self-service airport pickup (vehicle pre-positioned in parking lot), and comprehensive protection. There are no per-mile fees for standard Florida driving.
Are there weekly rates?
Yes — most vehicles in our fleet have a discounted weekly rate. You can see both the daily and weekly rates on each vehicle's page.
Do you offer special pricing or promotions?
We occasionally offer special rates for specific dates and seasonal promotions. Available deals are shown in the booking calendar when you select a vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure online checkout. Other methods (Zelle, cash) are available by prior arrangement.
What is your cancellation policy?
72+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: 30% refund (70% retained). If we cancel for any reason: 100% refund. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
Are tolls included?
All vehicles are equipped with an active toll transponder. Personal toll accounts or transponders are not permitted. Toll charges are billed on your final invoice with an itemized statement from the toll provider.
Are there any Florida-specific charges?
A Florida state rental surcharge of $2/day applies to all rentals per Fla. Stat. § 212.0606. This is disclosed at booking and included in your total.
